Job Description

Lead the development and execution of brand strategy, messaging, and organizational storytelling
Ensure consistent, on-brand messaging / communications, internal and external, across digital, print, social, web, and media channels
Partner with our Philanthropic Foundation and Business Development leadership to align marketing efforts with growth objectives
Develop, manage, and measure effectiveness of marketing content, campaigns, and collateral across all platforms
Oversee social media, websites, and digital presence to enhance engagement and visibility
Develop and utilize market data and trends to inform strategy and strengthen competitive positioning
Develop and manage Marketing & Communications budget, including tracking, reporting, and optimization
Lead and coordinate external vendors and creative partners
Support community engagement efforts, events, and outreach initiatives
Represent the organization at outside and community events and speaking opportunities
Identify and promote meaningful stories that highlight patients, families, staff, and community impact
Monitor public perception and lead crisis communication and reputation management efforts
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related leadership role
Strong strategic thinking, writing, and storytelling skills; excellent communication and public speaking skills
Experience managing multiple channels, campaigns, and projects simultaneously
Proven ability to communicate and collaborate across teams and lead initiatives
Healthcare or nonprofit experience preferred
