About the Role and Company
EC1 Partners has been retained by a FinTech platform that powers high-performance dashboards for electronic trading desks across North America. With offices in NYC and remote flexibility, the business is hiring a Senior UI Engineer to deliver rich user experiences for front-office tools used by quants, traders, and portfolio managers.

What You Will Do
Design and implement responsive UIs with React and TypeScript
Collaborate with backend and product teams on feature rollout
Optimize performance for large-scale data visualizations
Maintain component libraries and style systems
Ensure accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
What You Bring

5+ years in a frontend/UI engineering role (FinTech or SaaS preferred)
Expertise in React, Redux, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks
Experience working with real-time data and charting libraries (e.g., D3.js, Highcharts)
Familiarity with WebSockets or streaming APIs
Passion for clean code and high-quality interfaces
