Job Description
The Brand Manager leads the brand creative and marketing enablement focused on the development and execution of creative solutions that strengthen and protect the company’s brand across internal and external touchpoints. This role oversees brand design services, manages creative workflows, and drives enterprise adoption of brand standards through tools, templates, training, and communications.

This leader ensures the brand is expressed consistently, effectively, and efficiently across the organization while balancing strategic priorities, business needs, and creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Services Leadership

Lead day-to-day creative services supporting business partners across the organization.

Manage intake, prioritization, and delivery of design requests aligned to business priorities.

Ensure all creative output reflects established brand standards and high-quality execution.

Oversee development of presentations, templates, marketing collateral, event materials, and internal communications assets.

Partner with external agencies and freelancers as needed for specialized or high-volume work.

Brand Enablement & Adoption

Develop tools and resources that help teams apply the brand consistently and confidently.

Create and maintain templates, playbooks, guidelines, and self‑service materials.

Lead internal brand education initiatives, including training sessions, onboarding resources, and awareness campaigns.

Support rollout of updated brand standards, messaging, or identity changes across business units.

Identify barriers to adoption and implement solutions that improve brand compliance and ease of use.

Team Leadership

Manage and develop a team of designers and brand enablement specialists.

Foster a high‑performing, collaborative, service‑oriented team culture.

Provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities for direct reports.

Establish clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations.

Cross-Functional Partnership

Partner closely with Brand Governance, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Events, and Business Unit stakeholders.

Translate business needs into effective creative and enablement solutions.

Build strong relationships across the enterprise to elevate brand consistency and impact.

Operations & Continuous Improvement

Improve creative processes, workflows, and service models to increase efficiency and responsiveness.

Monitor workload, resourcing, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Track adoption metrics for templates, tools, and training programs.

Recommend new technologies or systems that enhance creative operations and brand enablement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.

5+ years of experience in brand management, creative services, design operations, or related discipline.

2+ years of people leadership experience.

Strong understanding of brand identity systems and creative development processes.

Experience managing designers or creative teams in a complex organization.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project prioritization skills.

Experience working with enterprise-level or matrixed organizations preferred.

Preferred Skills

Strong visual and editorial judgment.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Experience with DAM systems, workflow tools, or brand portals.

Additional Information

This job is a Grade Level 30E.

This job requires a regular 4-day in office, 1-day remote schedule and is in Atlanta, GA.

Must be located in the same geographical area as the job or be willing to self‑relocate to the area.

No relocation assistance is available for this role.

Must be willing and available to work flexible shifts.
