Graphic Designer

Unleashed Brands, Bedford, TX, United States

Job Summary
Unleashed Brands is seeking a versatile and forward-thinking Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative studio. This isn't just a "layout" job. You'll be a visual storyteller responsible for everything from campaign ideation to final production across a portfolio of beloved children's brands.

The ideal candidate brings solid hands‑on design experience and a natural curiosity for where the craft is headed. You'll blend strong design fundamentals with emerging AI tools, including Adobe Firefly, Gemini, and ChatGPT, to produce high‑impact assets across digital, print, social, video, presentations, and in‑store environments. You'll also play a key role in supporting our franchise network by building scalable asset libraries that empower local marketing while protecting brand integrity.

This position will report to the Vice President of Creative and collaborates cross‑functionally across marketing, digital, and strategy teams.

Responsibilities

Campaign Ideation & Execution: Transform creative briefs into polished, on‑brand concepts for multichannel campaigns across digital, print, social, email, video, and in‑store touchpoints – producing a wide range of assets including display ads, social content, email graphics, print collateral, presentations, and edited video/audio content.

Brand Support: Ensure all creative work is visually compelling, on‑brand, and on‑message across the Unleashed Brands portfolio, while contributing to brand refresh initiatives and maintaining consistent visual standards across all touchpoints.

Franchisee Creative Support: Build and maintain customizable asset libraries on partner platforms, adapting brand assets to give franchisees the tools to generate localized marketing materials while upholding brand standards.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously with speed, accuracy, and solid design instincts, maintaining a consistent bar for quality, scalability, and timeliness while organizing digital assets to ensure a reliable source of truth for all creative files.

AI & Emerging Tech Integration: Actively leverage Adobe Firefly, Gemini, ChatGPT, Eleven Labs, and other emerging tools to improve workflow efficiency and elevate overall output quality.

Collaboration & Communication: Partner cross‑functionally with internal creative, marketing, digital, and franchise teams to understand objectives, communicate design decisions clearly, and incorporate feedback effectively.
