We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused individual to join our marketing team as a

Marketing Operations & Executive Support Associate .
This role serves as a direct operational extension of the Director of Marketing, working closely with leadership to ensure all marketing initiatives are executed efficiently, deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is an

execution-driven, operations-focused position —ideal for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do

Serve as a direct extension of marketing leadership to drive execution across all initiatives
Own task management, timelines, and follow-ups across multiple projects and campaigns
Ensure deadlines are met by proactively tracking progress and holding stakeholders accountable
Handle the day-to-day “heavy lifting” required to move projects from idea to completion
Maintain organization across marketing systems, workflows, and documentation
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or missed details and proactively solve for them
Coordinate communication across marketing, sales, and operations teams
