Entry Level Marketing Assistant

to join our growing marketing department. This role offers hands-on experience in

What You’ll Do:
Support marketing campaigns and daily operations
Assist with

customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
Help execute

retail promotional events

and drive sales
Collaborate with Brand Ambassador teams to manage campaigns
Conduct lead generation and maintain client databases
Problem-solve to determine customer eligibility for services (training provided)
Assist senior staff with client-specific marketing projects
Build leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable working independently and in team settings
Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per year for training
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
