Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator supports the Network Division incentive programs. This position works under the direct supervision of the Network Incentives & Recognition Marketing Manager to ensure the success of all incentive related initiatives and programs.
Responsibilities:
Scope of the Role
The Marketing Coordinator focuses on developing incentive focused communications, collateral, and creative design to successfully execute incentive programs. The Marketing Coordinator also supports reporting and the maintenance of historical information for our incentive programs.
The Marketing Coordinator tracks associate qualifications and facilitates the recognition of associates for achieving success in an incentive program.
Performance Outcomes
Incentive Collateral & Leaderboards
Create and develop incentive marketing collateral including flyers, social media graphics, and videos.
Facilitate the distribution of incentive information through associate communication channels including, but not limited to social media, livestream, emails, and text messages.
Develop incentive leaderboards as directed by Network leadership.
Incentive Communications
Support the creation of both internal and external communications for upcoming and current incentives.
Regularly promote incentive programs on the appropriate communication channels.
Regularly recognize incentive program qualifiers on the appropriate communication channels.
Support the training of internal support teams on incentive programs.
Incentive Documentation & Reporting
Maintain a repository of incentive qualification criteria and collateral for historical reference.
Create rank and qualifier reporting for incentive programs under the direction of the Network Incentives and Recognition Manager.
Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred.
1-3 years of professional or marketing experience required.
Experience with Microsoft Suite required.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Experience with Canva Pro preferred.
