Job Description
If you thrive on turning complexity into clarity and scaling teams that deliver meaningful, human-centered experiences, this role offers a chance to make a lasting impact. You will shape how design work comes to life across products and services used by millions, while empowering talented teams to do the best work of their careers. This is an opportunity to operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels, influencing outcomes that matter to customers, the business, and the people who create the work.
As an Executive Director, Design Program Management in the Channels Design organization, you lead how large‑scale design initiatives are planned, delivered, and measured. You work closely with design, product, technology, and business partners to create the conditions for great design to thrive. In this role, you help teams focus on what matters most, bring structure to complex portfolios, and ensure design outcomes create real value for customers and the firm. You join a collaborative, growth‑minded culture that values strategic thinking, operational excellence, and inclusive leadership.
You play a critical role in shaping how teams operate at scale, ensuring clarity, momentum, and consistency across complex bodies of work. You balance long‑term vision with day‑to‑day execution, helping leaders and teams navigate ambiguity with confidence. Through strong relationships and clear governance, you enable faster decision‑making and more predictable delivery. You model inclusive leadership by creating space for diverse perspectives and supporting teams through change. Your work helps translate design ambition into measurable outcomes that improve experiences for customers and colleagues alike.
