Marketing Manager, Promotional Sales

The Business Journals, a privately owned, news media organization, publishing in 45 markets across the U.S. is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our growing line of Promotional Products.

This position will support our sales team with the goal of generating sales leads and increasing ecommerce sales.

Responsibilities

Own and execute marketing strategy for Promotional Listing Products and Article Reprints

Utilize knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub and SalesHub to streamline and automate marketing and sales processes

Focus on new customer acquisition, renewals, and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth

Assist sales team with lead generation and optimization of email communication

Coordinate and create comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including email, banner advertising, strategic site placements, print advertising, paid search, and social media

Collaborate with the Marketing Director, sales team, and designers to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts

Qualifications

Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of successful lead generation and revenue growth

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns

Collaborative team player with strong leadership skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

COMPENSATION: $60K - $75K + bonus
