The Role
We're hiring a Content Creator who lives and breathes photo and video to join our content team. You'll be behind the camera, in the edit suite, and everywhere in between — producing scroll‑stopping content that captures who RYSE is and where we're going. This is a hands‑on role, for someone who's equally comfortable on set and in post‑production, quick turnarounds and fast paced environments.

What You'll Do

Shoot and edit photo and video content for social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal use

Edit footage using industry‑standard tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, …)

Retouch and colour‑grade photos using Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar

Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align content with brand vision

Maintain and organize a library of assets, footage, and templates

Stay on top of visual trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

Occasionally support live events, activations, and behind‑the‑scenes coverage

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of experience in photo/video production and editing (in‑house, agency, or freelance)

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content — social, brand, product, lifestyle

Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)

Solid photo editing skills (Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop)

A good eye for composition, lighting, colour, and storytelling

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Collaborative attitude with a self‑starter mindset

Motion graphics experience (After Effects) is a bonus

Nice to Haves

Experience with drone operation or gimbal work

Animation or motion design skills

Familiarity with content for paid media / ads
