Overview
Judge Consulting Group (JCG) is seeking a hands-on, strategic leader to drive product marketing and lead generation for our AI portfolio. This role is critical as we shift from product launch to scalable revenue generation by building a repeatable demand engine and aligning closely with sales.
AI Product Marketing
- Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for AI solutions, including Judge Copilot Adoption Studio
- Translate AI capabilities into clear business value (ROI, efficiency, measurable outcomes)
- Develop core sales and marketing assets (decks, one-pagers, demos, use cases, competitive positioning)
Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
- Build and execute a scalable lead generation strategy aligned to revenue targets
- Develop multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, webinars, events)
- Drive measurable pipeline through structured funnel management (lead → qualified → revenue)
Go-to-Market Execution
- Lead GTM strategy and execution for AI offerings
- Ensure consistent messaging across leadership, sales, and marketing
- Support launches, campaigns, and ongoing field enablement
Sales Enablement
- Work directly with sales teams to improve win rates and accelerate deal cycles
- Equip the field with tools, messaging, and training to effectively sell AI solutions
- Support strategic deals when needed
Performance & Reporting
- Establish and track KPIs tied to pipeline and revenue
- Provide visibility into campaign performance and marketing ROI
- Continuously optimize based on results
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years in product marketing, demand generation, or GTM leadership
- Experience driving pipeline and revenue for B2B technology or consulting services
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles
- Preferred experience with AI, Microsoft ecosystem, or similar offerings
