The Keiki Programs Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing engaging children’s programming that enhances the family experience at The Club at Kukui'ula. This role creates dynamic, educational, and memorable events and traditions that inspire participation among multigenerational families and reflect the Club’s unique culture and environment. The Coordinator collaborates closely with multiple departments—including the Huaka'i Guide Team, Island Host Team, Cultural Resources Team, and CoralTree Lodge—to design enriching and meaningful experiences for children of all ages. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, service-driven, and passionate about creating exceptional experiences for keiki (children) while fostering strong relationships with members, guests, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging children’s programs, activities, and special events.
Create memorable traditions that enhance the family experience and encourage repeat participation.
Design programming that is both educational and entertaining while utilizing the Club’s unique spaces and resources.
Ensure programs evolve to remain relevant and engaging for children of varying ages and returning families.
Collaborate with internal teams including Huaka'i Guides, Island Hosts, Cultural Resources, and CoralTree Lodge staff to deliver integrated programming.
Coordinate logistics, schedules, materials, and staffing for keiki programs and events.
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants.
Communicate effectively with members, guests, and team members regarding program offerings.
Support overall Club operations and member engagement initiatives as needed.
Provide exceptional service aligned with The Club at Kukui'ula’s hospitality standards and spirit of Aloha.
Qualifications
Experience developing or coordinating children’s programs, events, camps, recreation, or educational activities.
Passion for working with children and creating meaningful, engaging experiences.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build positive relationships with members, guests, and team members.
Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative and engaging programming.

Requirements
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
Ability to operate a golf cart or Club vehicle if required.
Must maintain professionalism when handling guest interactions or concerns.

Salary Range
$25.50 to $30.00 USD hourly.
