Technical Writer for the Security organization .

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience with technical documentation including architecture diagrams, process flows, building presentations, technical writings

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Security Policies

• Experience working with process engineers or similar to document the new procedures as they are designed and implemented

• Self starter and detail oriented with strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Strong writing, editing and communication skills.

• Superior attention to details.

• Aptitude for quickly building an understanding of complex technical concepts and ability to translate concepts to documentation • Development of use cases/test cases, participation in SIT/UAT testing

• Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.

• Plan, research, and draft user documentation that makes using complex products effortless for end-users and administrators.

• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience that sets our users up for success.

• Enhance accepted technical writing methodologies, procedures, and quality objectives
