Albatross Reserve is seeking

hard-working, results-driven Field Sales Representatives

to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll connect with customers face to face on a daily, tailor presentations to meet their unique needs, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with customers through face-to-face conversations

Customize presentations to align with individual customer needs

Manage territory and multiple customer accounts simultaneously

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confidence and comfort speaking face to face with customers

Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and in a team environment

Leadership qualities with a drive for upward mobility (we promote from within)

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent

Reliable personal transportation

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
