Gaming Sales Representative

At Light & Wonder, it's all about the games. Our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe. This position involves managing a B2B client list in a professional and organized manner with regular pipeline review meetings, sharing client requirements, and building a strong list of sales opportunities. You will develop high value customer proposals and ensure customers have the L&W offering at the top of their wish list. You will meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth through a combination of new customer acquisition and upselling to existing clients.
You will develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients. You will learn and appreciate the industry dynamics to their respective regions and share it actively. You will work closely with Product and Project Management to secure shipping quotas and to feed requirements back to our Product and R&W teams.
You will represent L&W and the Commercial Team within the wider gaming industry with authority, know-how, and professionalism at all times. You will share progress and information in a pro-active manner internally and ensure a strong connection with the team. You will be curious, ask questions, and learn from experienced team members.
Education and Qualification: Masters degree preferred with strong sales / customer facing experience. Proactive, high energy and a strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving and results-oriented environment. Tech savvy, customer service oriented, professional, resourceful, patient and tactful in handling customer inquiries and negotiations. Proven competence in negotiating. A great deal of experience managing B2B clients and working under contractually agreed commercial terms.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in customer facing / consulting role. Experience supporting key accounts and a proven track record in growing an existing business portfolio, and achieving and exceeding established revenue targets. A track record of developing strong working relationships with executives, peers, and associates.
This role requires irregular work hours for calls across time zones, clients meetings and requires a level of personal flexibility. This role requires domestic and international travel as well as a regular commute between LNW offices in Clark, Macau and Singapore. Actively co-operate and comply with the company's WHS Policy and Program to ensure own health and safety and the health and safety of others in the workplace.
