We’re currently seeking a
VP of Sales
to lead our client acquisition strategy, mentor our account management team, and help scale ATP’s footprint across high-growth industries. This is a key leadership role responsible for setting direction, building infrastructure, and delivering results — without managing an individual sales quota.
About the Role
The VP of Sales will lead and manage ATP’s client acquisition and account growth efforts. This role is focused on building and optimizing a high-performing sales team, developing scalable processes, and driving overall revenue expansion. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in IT staffing sales and is actively working in the industry, with a strong track record of coaching, team development, and strategic leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on client acquisition and account growth.
Build and implement scalable sales strategies, processes, and best practices to support aggressive growth targets.
Monitor sales KPIs, team performance, and pipeline health; identify gaps and coach toward improvement.
Partner with recruiting leadership to ensure alignment between business development and delivery capacity.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations on campaigns, collateral, and go-to-market positioning.
Support high-value client pursuits and consult on pricing, proposals, and long-term deal strategy.
Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to overall company strategy, planning, and performance initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends and client needs to inform sales planning and market positioning.
Requirements
5–10+ years of sales experience in the staffing industry, with recent experience in a sales leadership or team management capacity.
Proven success in IT staffing sales, including new client acquisition, account expansion, and navigating complex buyer environments.
Actively working in the staffing industry, with deep familiarity with today’s market dynamics, tools, and client expectations.
Demonstrated experience coaching and scaling sales or account management teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong operational mindset — skilled in sales forecasting, process optimization, and KPI management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Based in Georgia and available to work onsite in ATP’s Atlanta office 2–3 days per week.
