Job Summary:
The Leawood Technical Producer is responsible for leading and executing all aspects of technical production in support of worship services and ministry programming at the Leawood campus. This role ensures excellence in the planning, coordination, and delivery of production elements, including audio, lighting, video, graphics, and staging. The Technical Producer also oversees the maintenance and stewardship of production systems and equipment to support a high-quality and distraction-free worship experiences

Position-Specific
Collaborate with the Creative Central Team, Leawood Location Pastor, Worship Leader, and churchwide partners to plan, design, and execute worship services and production-supported events.
Lead and provide hands-on technical production support for weekend services, rehearsals, midweek programming, funerals, weddings, and special events across Leawood venues (e.g., Foundry, Wesley Chapel, Student Center).
Mix and support audio for live worship environments and ensure consistent, high-quality sound across all venues.
Coordinate and execute playback of video, graphics, and other service elements using presentation systems (e.g., ProPresenter).
Oversee and implement lighting design, stage design, and visual environments that enhance the worship experience.
Support and execute online broadcast production as needed, ensuring quality and consistency for digital audiences.
Oversee classroom support for the Leawood campus in coordination with variable employees, including responding to and resolving technical support needs across all classroom venues as they arise.
Train, schedule, and develop volunteers to effectively support technical production needs.
Provide production support at other Resurrection locations as assigned.
Perform additional duties as needed to support ministry objectives.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading, organizing, and motivating teams or volunteers.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and logistical information clearly and effectively.
Experience working with artists, worship leaders, and technical teams in fast-paced, live production environments.
Working knowledge of production systems, including audio, lighting, video, and presentation software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ProPresenter, and Adobe Photoshop (or comparable tools).
Prior experience in church or live event technical production preferred.
Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
