Role Description
The Influencer Marketing Specialist is a hybrid role based in Delhi/Mumbai.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with influencers, managing campaigns across various social media platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring successful collaborations. The role involves communicating with both clients and creators to craft impactful influencer partnerships and drive brand engagement.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube, and understanding of influencer culture
Experience in campaign management and performance analysis
Skills in content strategy and creative collaboration
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects
Proficiency in tools for social media and marketing analytics is a plus
Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, PR, or a related field is preferred
