About the Role
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the regional marketing strategy for ICIS across North America and LATAM. Acting as the senior marketing lead for the region, you will translate global strategy into high-impact regional execution, driving growth, customer engagement, and commercial performance.
This is a highly visible role within a global organization, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a regional marketing function and shape its direction. The role is well-suited for an experienced marketing leader who is comfortable operating at a strategic level while remaining close to execution, and who is looking to further expand their leadership scope within a global matrix environment.

Responsibilities
Define and lead the regional marketing strategy for ICIS in the Americas, translating global priorities into impactful regional execution
Partner closely with global marketing, commercial, and regional stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Lead initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and positioning across key target segments
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue impact
Support digital transformation initiatives, including enhancements across brand, content, UX, communications, and customer engagement strategies
Build strong cross-functional partnerships across global marketing teams, including Brand, Content, UX, Communications & PR, Strategy, and Customer Insight & Analytics
Manage regional marketing budgets, including planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
Measure marketing effectiveness and ROI, leveraging data and insights to continuously optimize performance
Requirements
Significant B2B marketing experience across the Americas, with a track record of building and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business impact
Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making capabilities
Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and building brand presence within competitive markets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level
Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Eloqua
Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution in a fast-paced environment
This is a hybrid role aligned to our New York or Houston office locations. Candidates should be based in, or open to relocating to, one of these locations.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: New York, NY $125,900 - $209,700. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
