Job Description:

CarMax is seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with solid front-end experience in React.js and exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Designer. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web applications, contributing to customer-facing solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust .NET applications using C#, with strong integration into front-end frameworks.

Design and implement responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.

Work closely with UI/UX teams and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure application quality, security, and performance.

Leverage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for component design and integration into content-managed environments.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Required Qualifications:
6-8 years of hands-on development experience with .NET and C#

4-5 years of experience building interactive UIs using React.js

Solid experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end development

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems

Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in a Designer capacity

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Azure DevOps

Strong communication and collaboration skills
