About This All-In-One Role
This is a full-time, on‑site position in Cherry Hill, NJ, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus weekend availability as needed for events and community initiatives. As our Content Marketing Manager, you will:

Support and learn digital marketing growth, including SEO fundamentals, content optimization, Google PPC, LSA and PMAX campaign support, Meta Ads strategy, creative testing, and performance tracking

Help grow and manage Calm Water & Bath's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Plan, script, and create short‑form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks), write brand‑aligned captions, engage with audiences, and learn platform‑specific growth strategies

Move beyond the desk‑attend homeowner visits, capture live testimonials, before‑and‑after transformations, and behind‑the‑scenes moments with installers, sales, call center, and production teams

Participate in face‑to‑face and community marketing including home shows, local events, canvassing, neighborhood outreach, retail partnerships, and collaborations‑capturing real, local, human content along the way

Support traditional and digital campaigns as one connected ecosystem by creating content for direct mail, magazines, newspapers, TV and video scripts, long‑form YouTube, OTT and CTV creative

Collaborate cross‑departmentally with sales, operations, production, leadership, and customer‑facing teams to turn real work into real stories
