Bring stories to life. Create experiences that connect.

You'll partner with creative and communications teams to transform business goals into compelling content and experiences—delivering projects that are on-strategy, on-budget, and of the highest creative quality.
What You'll Do
Integrate social content into the overall communications strategy, ensuring every campaign has supporting cuts, teasers, and assets tailored for social audiences.
Build smart production plans that maximize budget dollars and leverage assets to create multiple uses.
Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and reviews to ensure seamless execution and exceptional results.
Event Production
Produce live, hybrid, and virtual events—owning everything from run-of-show design and rehearsals to show calling and execution.
Build and direct production crews, partner with executives and speakers, and ensure events run with polish and professionalism.
Operate or oversee technical elements (Zoom, Teams, streaming, A/V, staging) and put contingency plans in place to keep the show on track.
Gather insights and metrics post-event to drive continuous improvement.
Strategic Leadership
Translate business needs into creative solutions that connect with audiences.
Advocate for brand standards and ensure all work aligns with strategic goals.
Communicate clearly and consistently, keeping teams informed without overload.
Lead through dynamic, quickly changing conditions to ensure team success.
What You Bring
4+ years' experience producing video content in an agency, production company, or in-house creative team.
4+ years producing live, hybrid, and virtual events (Zoom/Teams expertise required).
Proven strength in project and budget management.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and navigating multiple stakeholders.
Flexible, proactive problem solver with calm authority under pressure.
Technical know-how with video, event, and creative platforms (Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, or equivalent experience preferred.
This is a role for someone who loves to make things happen—on screen and on stage—while keeping the audience at the center of it all.
