Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners
Manage and track sales pipeline, providing regular reports on progress and forecasts
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a high-performance sales culture
Must be able to travel up to 75% within North America
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
10+ years of experience HVAC
5+ years of business development experience
Must be able to travel up to 75% within North America
Preferred Qualifications
MBA degree
Proven success in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities
Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with the ability to design and execute effective business strategies
Exceptional negotiation skills paired with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
Proficiency with CRM platforms and financial modeling tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident presentation abilities
Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Results-driven mindset with a consistent record of meeting or surpassing performance goals
Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
Experience managing projects and working effectively across cross-functional teams
