We are a locally trusted team that takes pride in craftsmanship, customer experience, and doing things the right way. We’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Specialist who enjoys being in the field, creating real content, and helping tell the story of our work.
In this role, you’ll work with our team to capture projects as they happen, turn them into clear, homeowner‑friendly content, and help maintain a consistent presence across our channels.
This is an execution‑focused role centered on producing consistent, high‑quality content that supports lead generation. We’re not looking for a strategy‑only hire — we need someone who can plan, create, and execute. This is a hands‑on position, and you’ll be expected to visit job sites and capture real project content.
Key responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media (Primary Focus)
Capture before/after project photos and videos at job sites
Create and publish 2-3 social media posts per week (Facebook, Instagram)
Produce short‑form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok), including how‑to videos, installation tips, and project walkthroughs
Write clear, homeowner‑focused captions that explain projects and value
Maintain consistent branding using existing templates
Photography & Field Work
Schedule and coordinate project photo appointments with homeowners
Visit job sites to capture high‑quality photos and videos
Organize and upload photos into shared cloud storage (Dropbox/OneDrive) by project and category
Build a consistent library of real project content
Marketing Execution & Campaign Support
Create graphics and marketing materials using Canva (using templates)
Assist with seasonal campaigns (spring windows, fall doors, etc.)
Create, run, and support local events, sponsorships, and community presence
Help maintain a consistent marketing presence across all channels
What We’re Looking For
Required
2+ years of marketing or content creation experience
Strong ability to create photo and video content
Comfortable using Canva, Meta Business Suite
Photo, video editing and uploading (OneDrive, Dropbox, CapCut, Adobe, or related software)
Organized and demonstrates ability to follow structured processes
Able to work independently or on a team
Preferred
Experience in home improvement industry
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $55,000 – $72,000 (based on experience)
Full‑time, Monday – Friday
Malvern, PA (on‑site / hybrid flexibility)
