Job Summary
Carrier Access, Inc. is seeking a driven and consultative Enterprise Mobility Strategist to help organizations modernize how they connect, communicate, and operate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, partner-driven environment and is passionate about delivering business outcomes through mobility and 5G solutions.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients guiding them through the evolving landscape of wireless and mobility while leveraging our deep carrier relationships to deliver tailored solutions.
Essential Functions:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to drive deal progression
Travel as needed to support client engagement and business development efforts
Perform additional tasks as needed and/or requested.
Identify, develop, and close new mobility and wireless opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts
Manage and grow an existing book of business through proactive engagement and retention strategies
Consult with clients on mobility strategies including 5G, IoT, and device lifecycle
Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, pricing, proposal, and close
Stay ahead of industry trends in mobility, wireless, and network transformation
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of proven sales experience
Background in wireless solutions or telecommunications sales preferred
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience working in a commission-based or performance-driven environment is a plus

Strong ability to conduct efficient and effective sales calls and presentations
Confident in leading web conferences and virtual client engagements
Highly organized with a disciplined and strategic approach to daily sales activities
