Jr. Marketing Programs Specialist

Our client, a growing name in the biotech space is seeking a Jr. Marketing Programs Specialist.
This is a remote 3 month contract (40 hours a week) that has potential to extend for the right person. Must be US based.

Key Responsibilities

Product Launch Support : Assist Marketing programs Leads in the end-to-end execution of product launches by tracking milestone completion, organizing launch-specific asset folders, and ensuring all “Go-to-Market” checklists are fully reconciled across the tech stack.
Email & Web Execution : Build and format marketing emails within Marketo and HubSpot using established templates; perform routine administrative updates and content publishing to the corporate website.
Sales Enablement & Webinar Support : Upload and organize collateral on the Sales Enablement platform to keep sales teams equipped; assist in the technical setup and live logistics of webinars to ensure seamless attendee experience.
Project Coordination : Managing tasks and timelines within

Asana/Coda

to ensure no deadline is missed.
Financial Administration : Assisting with the processing of contracts, generating purchase orders (POs), and organizing expense reports.
Administrative Operations : Support the vendor management process by tracking invoices and onboarding paperwork; manage the version control and technical editing of

PDFs

and marketing collateral.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you

must

possess the following:
Digital Execution skill : Experience with (or desire to learn) Marketo, HubSpot and WordPress CMS.
Asana/Coda Proficiency : Experience navigating PM tools, managing tasks, and understanding project workflows is required.
Extreme Attention to Detail : You’re the type of person who catches the typo in a 20-page contract.
Time Management : Ability to manage your hours effectively and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
Nice-to-Haves

Experience with

HubSpot/Marketo

or

Salesforce

(CRM management).
Prior experience in a marketing or administrative support role.
A basic understanding of digital marketing.
