Videographer / Editor — Content & Podcast Production

Anomaly Marketing Co, North Richland Hills, TX, United States

Salary: $4,000–$4,500/month

Videographer / Editor — Content & Podcast Production

Anomaly Marketing Co. | DFW, Texas | On-site | Full-time

About Us:
Anomaly Marketing Co. is a marketing agency built by tradesmen for tradesmen. We specialize in helping blue‑collar businesses grow through branding, websites, ads, and content. We also built and sold our own pool service company to prove our methods work. Now we're launching a personal brand and podcast around blue‑collar entrepreneurship and fitness, backed by an existing audience of 500K+ followers.

About the Role:
We're looking for a full‑time Videographer / Editor to shoot, edit, and help creatively produce content across a personal brand and a new podcast. This role has two phases.

Phase 1 — Immediate (first 10–12 weeks):

Shoot on‑location client project showcase videos on real job sites — once per week

Film talking‑head content on location — direct to camera, bold text overlays, tight jump cuts

Film fitness content at the gym — once per week

Edit and deliver all short‑form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Color grading, animated captions, and text overlays on all deliverables

Contribute to content ideation and creative direction

Phase 2 — Studio Launch (after ~10–12 weeks):

Produce and film 3 podcast episodes per week in our DFW studio (multi‑cam setup)

Edit and clip 12+ short‑form podcast clips per week

Continue all Phase 1 content responsibilities alongside podcast production

Weekly Deliverables (once fully ramped):

12+ podcast clips edited and delivered

1 fitness content piece (shoot + edit)

Talking‑head videos as needed

This is the initial game plan. Posting cadence, content types, and topics will evolve as we learn what resonates. You should be comfortable adapting and growing with the brand.

What We’re Looking For:

You can shoot and edit — not just one

Your edits are tight with no dead air — every cut has a reason

You understand pacing and have studied creators like Alex Hormozi, School of Hard Knocks, Patrick Bet‑David, and Sam Snowden

You can color grade — your footage doesn't look flat

You have experience with or willingness to learn multi‑cam podcast production

You're hungry and want to build something, not just collect a paycheck

You're based in DFW or willing to be on‑site for shoot days

This Role is NOT:

A social media manager position — you're not writing captions and scheduling posts

A remote role — you need to be on location with a camera

A slow‑paced corporate gig — we move fast and ship content weekly

Compensation:
$4,000–$4,500/month to start. Room to grow as the brand grows.

Equipment:
If you have your own kit, great. If not, we'll figure it out together.

How to Apply:
Send a DM or message with your portfolio/resume or reel.
