What You Will Do
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive product marketing strategies that resonate with both healthcare and government sectors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product positioning and messaging that highlights the unique value propositions of our offerings.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the healthcare and life sciences industries.
Create compelling marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, and presentations, to support sales and business development efforts.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement and optimize performance.
Act as a key liaison between product management and sales teams to ensure alignment on product features and market needs.
Ideal Candidate Background
6-10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the healthcare, life sciences, or technology sectors.
Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
Experience working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with remote teams.
Preferred
Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and their applications in healthcare.
Previous experience in a venture-backed startup or growth-stage company.
Knowledge of regulatory considerations in healthcare marketing.
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role is between $135K and $160K, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and well-being.
