Location: On-site in Irvine, CA (this is not a remote position)
Compensation: $155,000 - $175,000 + Bonus
Step into a high-impact leadership role at a fast-growing portfolio of consumer lifestyle brands where ecommerce is a core growth driver.
You'll own the full ecommerce P&L across two distinct brands, working directly with Founders and reporting to the VP of Ecommerce. This is a rare opportunity to shape strategy from the top while staying close to execution.
Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibility — gross sales through contribution margin
- Site experience, merchandising, and the end-to-end customer journey
- Go-to-market execution across seasonal campaigns and product launches
- Cross-functional partnerships with creative, product, retention, paid media, and tech teams
- Innovation roadmap: A/B testing, emerging platforms, and competitive positioning
Requirements
- 8+ years in ecommerce site management and operations
- MUST have previous experience managing P&L
- Comfortable owning forecasting, media spend allocation, and performance pacing
- Fluent across the modern ecommerce stack — paid media, analytics, email/SMS, attribution
- Equally strong as a strategist and an operator
