You are a growing creative producer with a passion for production execution, with interests spanning agency production, line production, post production, and event-based activations. You are equally creative-minded and highly organized. You are a hands-on producer who immerses yourself in the work, shepherding campaigns across multiple channels for content that requires real-time culture and relevance opportunities. You are a collaborative team member who learns and develops alongside peers by actively engaging in the work. You are adept at taking direction and building upon initial concepts, demonstrating adaptability to new ideas and evolving ways of thinking.

Role Summary

  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal producers to bring a production lens to early ideation, identify risks, efficiencies, and executional opportunities.
  • Work with internal agency leads across disciplines to assess project feasibility and curate the right resources, internally and externally.
  • Execute socially-led campaigns with budgets up to $250k by identifying production partners, building timelines and budgets, and developing informed production plans under the guidance of production leadership.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively proposing creative solutions to keep campaigns moving forward; escalate and communicate with leaders when needed.
  • Act as a client-facing production contact, partnering with your agency team and understanding what each team member needs to be successful.
  • Confirm trafficking, versioning, and metadata across internal pipelines and agency deliverables.
  • Work closely with Business Affairs to review concepts, talent agreements, usage terms, and other contracts.
  • Responsible for vendor paperwork and invoicing.
  • Grow your understanding of production workflows from development through delivery while championing creative excellence.
  • Support senior producers on larger and more complex campaigns.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a production role within an agency, production company, or equivalent
  • Open to travel for productions, which may include evenings and weekends
  • Proven skills in production finance, from tracking budgets to wrapping, submitting vendor payments, and processing crew timecards
  • Experience in one or multiple areas of production: social, digital, print, experiential/events, post-production, podcasts, DOOH/OOH, PR, custom fabrication of influencer kits
  • Working knowledge of Union and Non-Union considerations
  • Strong collaborative communication, ability to manage pressure and tight deadlines
  • Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven in an evolving production landscape
  • Interest and experience with AI integrations in production is a plus
