What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll start by learning how to create opportunities in the field and build trust with homeowners. This role involves proactive outreach — if you’re not comfortable starting conversations, this likely isn’t the right fit.

In this role, you will:

Engage in homeowner conversations daily

Walk families through property inspections and insurance restoration projects

Present and guide customers through high‑value home exterior upgrades

Practice and refine your pitch through feedback and repetition

Contribute to a team that values discipline, growth, and results

What You Can Earn
This is a performance‑based sales role with uncapped income.

Many representatives earn $100,000–$165,000+ annually

Strong performers often exceed $140,000-$165,000 per year

Long‑term top producers and leaders can earn $200,000+ annually

You get out what you put in. There is NO CAP on what you can earn.

This is not an hourly or guaranteed‑pay position.
