Senior Producer

Overview

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced producers and directors who can help train their latest language model on creative production and content direction tasks. We're looking for senior producers and directors with 5+ years on major film, TV, or digital productions to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core production workflows.
Responsibilities

Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core production workflows.
Help train the language model on creative production and content direction tasks.
Qualifications

Senior producer or director with 5+ years on major commercial, TV, or film productions
Strong expertise in production planning, creative development, and content direction
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Compensation

Pay range and compensation package
Compensation: $100/hour
Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $2k/week)
Location

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
