Nani is looking for a Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes the outdoors and knows how to turn that lifestyle into meaningful, high-performing social media content. This role is for someone who doesn't just capture adventure, but understands how to strategically show up on Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook) to grow a brand, build community, and drive engagement.

If your camera roll is full of trail views and river dips, and you instinctively think about how each moment could translate into a Reel, Story, or post that connects with an audience, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do

Create engaging, high-quality content tailored specifically for Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook)
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video and photo content optimized for performance (Reels, Stories, Carousels)
Own day-to-day social media execution, including posting, scheduling, and maintaining a consistent brand presence
Write captions that reflect Nani's voice while driving engagement and connection
Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions to foster an active and authentic audience
Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars, campaigns, and product launches
Analyze content performance and optimize based on insights (engagement, reach, saves, conversions)
Stay on top of trends, audio, and platform updates-and quickly adapt content strategy
Capture authentic brand moments-on trails, water, road trips, and everyday adventure
Act as a brand ambassador-both online and in the wild
What We're Looking For

A genuine love for the outdoors: hiking, paddling, exploring, and beyond
Proven experience managing and growing Instagram and/or Facebook accounts
Strong understanding of Meta algorithms, content strategy, and audience growth tactics
Experience creating engaging, on-brand social media content (video + photo)
Confidence in content planning, posting cadence, and social media management tools
Ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategy accordingly
Strong visual storytelling instincts and editing skills
Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera
Self-starter who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment
Alignment with the Nani brand voice, aesthetic, and mission
Bonus:

Familiarity with influencer/UGC collaboration strategies
Experience with tools like Later, Planoly, or Meta Business Suite
Compensation & Perks

Base Salary: $60,000 - $72,000 (depending on experience)
Gear Stipend: Regular Nani product + seasonal gear allowance
Adventure Flexibility: Dedicated time and flexibility to capture content outdoors (this is part of the job, not PTO)
Location

In-office preferred in Hyde Park, Utah
