Location: Local

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Presentation Designer who is equal parts visual storyteller and strategic thought partner. This role is focused on transforming existing content into compelling, brand-forward narratives that elevate marketing communications and brand strategy presentations.

This is not a template-production role. Were looking for someone who understands how to shape a story, refine a message, and bring clarity and polish to high-impact decks.

*In-house experience required.

What Youll Do

Partner with Marketing, Brand, and Leadership teams to refine and elevate presentations for internal and external audiences

Translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging stories aligned with brand voice and design standards

Edit, redesign, and enhance existing decks to improve narrative flow, visual consistency, and overall impact

Provide strategic input on presentation structure, messaging hierarchy, and storytelling approach

Ensure all presentations feel cohesive, premium, and polished

Manage multiple projects with varying timelines while maintaining a high bar for quality

What Were Looking For

Proven experience designing marketing communications and brand strategy decks

Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to think strategically about message and audience

Exceptional visual design skills with a refined sense of typography, layout, color, and hierarchy

Comfortable partnering with stakeholders and offering thoughtful recommendations-not just executing requests

High attention to detail and a strong point of view on what makes a presentation effective

Proficiency in presentation and design tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
