What This Is
This is a 6-week immersive training program designed to teach you everything you need to know about:
AdTech + digital media
Programmatic advertising (CTV, video, display, and more)
How to sell + build client relationships
How to navigate agencies, brands, and the broader media landscape
You'll go through this experience as a cohort starting July 6th learning together, building together, and setting the foundation for a long-term career in sales.
Start date is July 6th (no exceptions)

What You'll Be Doing
Once you complete training, you'll:
Prospect and connect with agencies and brands
Learn how to pitch and sell digital media solutions
Build relationships with clients and understand their goals
Work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team
Start building your own book of business

$70,000 - $75,000 a year The listed salary range represents base pay only. Total compensation may also include variable pay, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
