Responsibilities
Ecommerce & Account Management:
Manage and grow ecommerce accounts, including marketplace and retail partners
Optimize product listings, content, and digital presence to drive visibility and conversion
Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans to drive sell-through
Analyze market trends, competitive pricing models, and segmentation opportunities
Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with operations and logistics teams to address fulfillment and supply challenges
Coordinate with marketing and product development teams on campaigns and product positioning
Support structural integration of ecommerce processes and tools
Forecasting & Performance Management:
Conduct account analysis and forecasting to determine demand and timing
Track and report sales performance
Support achievement of annual sales goals
Leadership & Team Collaboration:
Work closely with sales team members and independent reps
Provide guidance to sales administration personnel
Participate in training and knowledge-sharing
Travel Requirements
Ability to travel approximately

35% , including domestic and occasional international travel
Participation in customer visits, trade shows, and annual sales meetings
Opportunity to travel alongside team members as part of onboarding and development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
5–10 years of experience in sales, ecommerce, or consumer-packaged goods
Experience managing ecommerce accounts or online retail platforms
Strong understanding of digital merchandising, pricing strategies, and forecasting
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
