Role Overview

This is a strategic Market Builder position with direct access to executive leadership, combining the resources of a proven company with the freedom of an entrepreneurial environment. You will be breaking into buying teams, navigating line reviews, and building a distributor and retailer mix. You will have direct access to major accounts and decision-makers.
Combination of inside and outside sales, with regional travel 1–2 times per month plus trade events twice a year (25–35% total travel).
Responsibilities

Identify and secure new retail, e-commerce, and distributor accounts in the outdoor and home-improvement markets
Build and manage a structured outreach pipeline from cold prospecting through close
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align goals and ensure successful account launch
Attend trade shows, line reviews, and on-site meetings to expand product placement and strengthen relationships
Maintain CRM accuracy and report on key activity metrics and milestones
What We’re Looking For

Proven hunter with a track record of cold outreach, building new channels, and closing new business
B2B product sales experience (home, design, CPG, or outdoor categories are a strong plus)
Confident and polished in presenting premium products to high-end buyers
Highly self-motivated and comfortable working toward clear goals with an established structure
Experience managing a sales pipeline in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
Compensation

Quarterly KPI Bonus: Additional performance bonuses tied to key growth metrics
Uncapped Commission: Earn on every sale with no ceiling
Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $110,000–$125,000
Year 2 On-Target Earnings: $175,000–$200,000+
