Requirements

12+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or related fields.

5+ years of management experience leading content strategy teams.

Experience in designing agentic or conversational user experiences.

Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and management.

Expertise in content design principles and customer-centered writing.

Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.

Strong skills in systems thinking across multi-channel user journeys.

Excellent storytelling and communication capabilities.

Experience with metrics-analysis to enhance content efficacy.
