Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute clear communications for health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs across various channels
Own benefits communication strategy for retiree materials and annual open enrollment, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Partner with HR, legal, and vendors to align content with regulatory requirements and maintain benefits webpages

Required Qualifications

Experience in benefits communication, change management, or HR communications
Ability to simplify complex benefits concepts into user-friendly language
Familiarity with Benefits Administration systems and HRIS platforms, with Workday as a plus
Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience partnering with HR and external vendors
