Salary/Hourly Rate:
$40/hr - $50/hr

Position Overview:
The Production Designer will support the creative team in executing and producing high-quality design assets across a variety of channels. This role is highly execution-focused, ensuring that creative concepts are translated into final deliverables with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the Production Designer:

Execute and produce design assets across digital, print, social, and marketing channels.

Adapt existing creative concepts into multiple formats and sizes while maintaining brand consistency.

Prepare final files for production, ensuring accuracy in layout, typography, and formatting.

Collaborate with Designers, Art Directors, and Marketing teams to meet project objectives.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.

Required Experience/Skills for the Production Designer:

3+ years of experience in a Production Designer or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing production-heavy design work.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of typography, layout, and file preparation.

Experience working within established brand guidelines.

Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Production Designer:

Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

Familiarity with digital asset management systems.

Basic motion or animation skills (After Effects is a plus).

Experience preparing files for both digital and print production.

Strong organizational and file management skills.

Ability to handle high-volume production work with precision.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is required.
