DESCRIPTION

The Account Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with a set of installed customers.

Job Location(s):

40 minutes west of Boston

Job Responsibilities **** Spanish Speaking only***

Selling additional units to existing customers.
Customer retention
Contacting customers who are near capacity on their existing system and selling additional client appliances to accommodate the customer's data growth.
Grow the client foot print in the customer by identifying data not being backed up to client and executing a successful sales campaign to sell additional client appliances to accommodate the "new" data.
Identify and work with any "at risk" customers (possibly in conjunction with a field rep and SE) to retain the customer, and secure maintenance renewal and additional business.
Required to keep accurate records in SalesForce and provide manager with a monthly forecast of add on business.

Compensation and Team performance:

$65k base and $110k OTE
About 75% of the team in north America make 2X the commission target in 2025 (plus base) so there is a real opportunity to overachieve.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, ideally in business-related field
2-5 years of experience selling technology products in the IT industry
Experience closing business over the phone, coordinating with other functions as appropriate
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills via the phone and email/internet
An outstanding work ethic, desire to succeed, and a true results-oriented approach
Growth mindset with a desire to learn and grow professionally
Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident and tenacious
Excellent computer skills (MS-Office). Knowledge of SalesForce.com desirable, but not necessary
