As Senior Director of Corporate Communications, you'll drive AccentCare's voice and reputation nationwide, telling the story of how we transform care and improve lives every day.
Reporting to the SVP of Marketing & Communications, you lead and develop a small, high-performing communications team while partnering closely with marketing, creative, digital and business leaders across the organization.
You'll shape and execute integrated communications strategies that build our brand, fuel growth, and engage employees, candidates, patients, families, industry partners and the media.
This role calls for both strategic leadership and hands-on execution as you lead media relations, executive thought leadership and internal communications, ensuring every message is clear, consistent and impactful. Senior Director of Corporate Communications Key Responsibilities
Enhance and protect AccentCare's reputation by developing and executing integrated internal and external communications strategies across news media, social, and employee channels
Drive brand visibility and engagement by promoting clear, consistent narratives that connect with employees, candidates, patients, families, payors, health systems, and industry stakeholders
Lead and develop the internal and external communications team, setting objectives, managing budgets, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative, service-oriented culture
Partner closely with marketing, creative, digital analytics, and business leaders to achieve shared goals and deliver measurable results
Review and approve all communications, including press materials, executive thought leadership, social content, and internal messaging, ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand integrity
Oversee media relations and executive communications while managing editorial calendars, internal communications projects, and strategic plans aligned to KPIs
Senior Director of Corporate Communications Qualifications and Characteristics
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or related field
Minimum 10 years' public relations and/or communications experience in a PR agency or corporate role
Management experience
Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills across channels
Proven ability to develop and execute integrated communications strategies
Experience leading communications in healthcare or other highly regulated environments preferred
Collaborative, relationship-driven leadership style with the ability to influence across disciplines and stakeholders
Hands-on, high-energy approach with experience driving both strategic and tactical communications
Results-oriented, self-starter mindset well suited for fast-paced, complex, service-focused organizations.
