As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Brand Marketing & Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and representing Spectrum’s services with professionalism inside retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to stay up-to-date on Spectrum products, services, and promotions
- Communicate product value clearly and confidently during face-to-face customer interactions
- Engage with customers in retail settings to discuss internet, TV, and mobile solutions
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
- Present tailored service recommendations based on individual household needs
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
- Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience
- Represent Lorygen and Spectrum with a high level of professionalism in a retail setting
