Job Summary
The CRM Manager supports the administration, configuration, and optimization of the university’s campuswide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, with a primary focus on graduate and international student populations. This position partners with enrollment, academic, and administrative units to build and maintain CRM functionality that supports recruitment, admissions, and student engagement. The CRM Manager contributes to CRM implementation efforts and ongoing system enhancements while helping ensure data integrity, effective communication strategies, and a strong user experience across the student lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Higher Education Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field.
One year of experience in at least one of the following:
Experience supporting system configuration;
Reporting and analytics; or
Communications within an enterprise system.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional experience working with a CRM platform, preferably in higher education.
Experience supporting CRM implementation efforts, including configuration, data migration, workflow development, testing, or rollout.
Experience creating and publishing communications or marketing campaigns within a CRM system (email, SMS, events).
Familiarity with student information systems (e.g., Banner) and experience with reporting, data management, or system integrations.
