We are seeking a volunteer video editor to help create thoughtful, engaging YouTube content for a growing nonprofit presence.
This role focuses on editing

long-form YouTube videos

that bring real stories and meaningful topics to life in a way that holds attention and connects with viewers.
You’ll be working with existing content, direction, and ideas, helping shape them into videos that are clear, structured, and engaging from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
Edit long-form YouTube videos
Shape content for clarity, pacing, and viewer engagement
Add basic transitions, text, and audio balancing
Help bring structure and flow to raw footage or ideas
What We’re Looking For
Experience editing videos for YouTube or similar platforms
Understanding of pacing and storytelling
Ability to take direction and work independently
Interest in meaningful, mission-driven content
Commitment
