Position Overview
We are hiring

experienced Holiday Lighting Installation Technicians

to join our growing seasonal team. Technicians will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing premium holiday lighting displays for both residential and commercial properties. This role requires previous hands‑on experience with professional holiday lighting installations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and remove holiday lighting, wreaths, garlands, and décor to Sparkle Squad’s quality and design standards.

Work safely and efficiently on ladders, roofs, and lifts for roofline, tree, and landscape lighting.

Read and execute lighting design plans, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Troubleshoot lighting and electrical issues, including bulb replacement and power distribution.

Manage materials on-site, including lights, clips, cords, timers, and other equipment.

Provide professional and courteous service to customers, maintaining Sparkle Squad’s reputation for excellence.

Ensure strict compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required:

Prior professional holiday lighting installation experience.

Strong working knowledge of clips, cords, timers, roofline lighting, and tree wrapping techniques.

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in seasonal weather.

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders and lifts.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Schedule & Compensation

Seasonal:

September–January (with opportunities for continued year‑round employment in exterior cleaning services).

Flexible schedule; evenings and weekends as needed.
