Position Overview
GFF is seeking a
part‑time Communications Associate
to support our outreach, digital presence, and
marketing efforts . This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills and a keen eye for clear, compelling communication.
You will help translate our work into engaging content across platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and professional presentation.
This role will report directly to the Executive Director and Senior Program Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and edit content for newsletters, donor communications, and organizational updates
Support email campaigns using Mailchimp
Manage and grow GFF’s LinkedIn presence
Design simple, clean graphics using Canva
Assist with website and digital content updates
Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all materials
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Interest in nonprofit work and mental health
