Overview
Business Development & Marketing Manager – Litigation Focus — A dynamic law firm with a high-stakes litigation and public interest practice is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across three major offices and contribute to both cutting-edge litigation and impactful advocacy .
Reporting to the Director of Business Development & Marketing, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic BD and marketing initiatives.
- Create compelling pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Manage website, bios, practice descriptions, and client-facing content.
- Conduct market research on prospective clients, competitors, and trends.
- Lead submissions for Chambers, Legal 500, and other directories/awards.
- Support lateral integration and firmwide events.
- Oversee CRM usage and reporting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of law firm BD/marketing experience (litigation focus preferred).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (InterAction a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A proactive, team-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for supporting civil rights and public interest work .
