Web Developer - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Poland – 1 year fixed term contract

What you'll do:

A/B Test Development: Create, code, and deploy variations for A/B, multivariate, and split-URL tests.

User-Centered Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new design iterations using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Collaboration: Work closely with the CRO team, web team and marketing teams to analyze test results and translate data into actionable insights.

Who you are:

A/B Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, or similar.

Design Skills: Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design, user journey mapping, and wireframing.

Experience: 2+ years of front‑end development, with a focus on UI/UX development or conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Understanding of Metrics: Familiarity with key performance indicators such as conversion rate, bounce rate, and click-through rate.

Additional Experience: Experience with server-side testing methodologies and in e-commerce or B2B SaaS industry.
