Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing) Lead end-to-end video production across Fashion & Luxury Group, from concept through distribution across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, OTT, and on-site platforms Pitch and develop original video franchises in collaboration with editorial teams, identifying stories that translate into compelling, platform-native content Translate brand editorial vision into high-performing video, balancing creative storytelling with platform strategy and audience engagement Oversee all phases of production, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production execution Manage freelance talent and crews in partnership with production management, ensuring projects are staffed effectively Guide post-production by providing clear, actionable feedback on edits, graphics, and overall storytelling Implement and uphold video best practices, performance standards, and visual style guidelines Supervise and mentor production teams, including producers, editors, cinematographers, and production assistants Qualifications (What Were Looking For) 5+ years of experience producing video content, preferably within digital media environments Strong background in fashion and luxury content, with an understanding of brand voice and audience expectations Proven ability to create engaging, internet-forward short- and long-form video content Creative thinker with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and emerging formats Deep knowledge of the digital video landscape, including trends, platforms, and competitive content Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and other Creative Suite tools is a plus Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally In-office requirement: 4 days per week The base salary for this role is between $82/hr. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
